DEC SERRANO is a bi-coastal indie rock collective. Based in Boston and LA, the group debuted in 2022 with the downtempo folk single "Smile". Dec's early releases saw the group exploring a variety of genres while searching for their sound. Follow-up releases included the acoustic rock duet "Vices" with Shak SYrn in 2023, the synthpop "How Long Did It Last" featuring Grandpa Sweats in 2024, and slowcore-leaning "again" in 2025.
While exploring different genres, the duo constructed a mini-album consisting of their favorite downtempo tracks. No More Parties chronicles the stages of grief amidst a breakup and explores all the ways one can cope with the pain, and what vices they turn to. The record features several of the aforementioned singles as well as three new tracks, with an accompanying visualizer for each song.
